Expected estimated turnaround time?

Within 48 hours if there are no queues. I process each request individually and will not proceed with the next queue until the current one is a hundred percent complete. You will be notified if there are no available slots.

The logo design timeline is yet to determine and the rate. A special form will be sent over for you to fill out the necessary details.

Confidentiality of the design or work during and after the project has been completed.

You may send an NDA agreement for me to sign beforehand. If not, Hitsura reserves the right to use the finished project for portfolio and future work proofs.

Are there any editable source files are provided?

Yes to Designs & Logos. PSD/AI/EPS
No to Short Videos & Photo Retouching.

Do you do drawing cartoons, illustrations, sketches, 3d, product labels & animations?

No.

The Process

How to request a service?

Click the “Get Started” button on the services that you like. Fill out the form and put the necessary details.
To know what are the necessary details. Click on the “More details” text under the get started button.

How do I know the status of my project?

You will be invited to my workspace app and the invitation will be sent through your email. You do not need to login but please keep the invitation in your inbox as the project is ongoing. You will be using it to check on the status and updates throughout the duration period.

How many revisions can a project have? Does it have an extra cost?

5 times revision for the graphic design at no cost, 3 times revision for the photo retouching, and short videos. Beyond those limitations will be charged hourly and deadlines will be adjusted accordingly.

Billing

Do you charge for a down payment?

This is a per-project basis and does not require an upfront payment. A confirmation email will be sent before the start of the project. No cancellation once a project has been started.

How can I pay you?

A Paypal invoice will be sent to your email with a breakdown including a Paypal transaction fee. PayPal accepts major credit cards even when you do not have a PayPal account.

Is Paypal secure?

Paypal is a secure online payment platform. They have Data Encryption and Fraud Prevention.

When do I receive my finished project?

A preview of the final work shown to you will be watermarked. Not to worry because it is only a precautionary step as I do not charge for an upfront fee. Your finished project will be sent to you upon receipt of the final payment. Your file will also be stored on my drive for a limited period of time (3 months) just in case you misplace your copy, I can send you the backup file.
